Are you…
• An experienced Home Manager
• Experienced working within a elderly nursing home of a similar size
• Have good knowledge of CQC standards and Safeguarding and preferably experienced working in turn around services and/or with a track record of successfully improving CQC ratings
• Passionate, caring, fun and energetic, with a genuine commitment and desire to make a difference in the lives of the residents we care for every day?
• Committed to your own personal development and growth, and to the development of our nursing services?
• Possess strong leadership qualities
