Salary: £32,255 per annum (based on 37.5 hours a week) + Enhancements for nights, weekends & bank holidays

Hours – 22, 33 37.5 or 44 hours per week options available.

About the Service/Company:

The company are recognised as one of the UK’s leading Independent healthcare companies specialising in Acute and Complex Mental Health Conditions and providing the highest standards of personalised care to residents in over 200 Hospitals and Nursing Homes across the UK

·        The services cover all aspects of mental health and various mental health conditions such as Addictions, Acrophobia, Personality Disorder, Self-Harm, Eating Disorders

Training Offering the best training and support a full Preceptorship is offered for Newly Qualified nurses. The company also offer an enhanced support with Return to Practice course. A large portion of training is completed in house and monthly supervision meetings are offered for all members of staff

The hospital offers a comprehensive range of inter-linked care services within one site and provides a care pathway so service users can move seamlessly between services to provide the most appropriate care in the safest environment. The hospital provides four service lines:

 

2 Adult Acute psychiatric care units (1 male 9 bedded ward and 1 female 16 bedded ward)
2 children and adolescent mental health units (CAMHS) – an Acute Tier 4 unit – 13 bedded mixed sex with gender specific designated areas – a High Dependency Unit – 13 bedded female unit
Young People and Adults Outpatient service
The hospital’s consultant-led multidisciplinary teams (MDT) have a wealth of clinical and research experience in psychiatry, enabling service users to benefit from a broad range of individual and group therapies.

Shift Pattern: The service can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. You will receive a 1 hour break.

Are you…

An experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN  RNLD or RCN) The service welcomes applications from all General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability or Children Nurses as full training and support will be given with your own designated mentor
Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
