Clinical Nurse Manager – Specialist Small Complex Care Home with a Good CQC

Position: Clinical Nurse Manager ( RGN, RMN, RNLD ) Nursing Home

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £36,000 per annum (based on 40 hours p/week) + £1500 Welcome Bonus

Hours – 2 X 12 Hour shifts per week – the rest of the week being supernumerary

Contract – Permanent

About the job…

· Support the Registered Manager in the day to day activities in the Specialist Care Home

· Carrying out pre-admission assessments

· Managing the clinical and care teams

· Assisting with staff training and development

· Conducting supervisions and appraisals

· Auditing, reviewing and updating care plans and medication records
